This form is for students who reside OUT of our district boundaries and would like to transfer to an NLCS school.

2024-2025 Inter-NLCS Transfer Request Form

This form is for students who reside IN our district boundaries and would like to transfer to

another school other than the school that they are districted in.

Transportation is the responsibility of the family; if attendance or behavior becomes an issue, the transfer can be revoked.
