What do I do if I am injured performing my job duties?
If you are injured on the job, immediately call 1(855)262-9879. Follow up with your
reporting office for an incident report.
How can I make a complaint or grievance?
In line with the Board's aim to handle work complaints at the first supervisor level, a
complaint should be submitted to the supervisor who oversees your work, usually
your immediate supervisor. If after a time, there is no resolution, you may reach out to
NLCS Human Resources at hr@nlcs.k12.in.us. We want to assure all employees that no
punitive actions will result from filing a complaint. We encourage open
communication to resolve any concerns about your work environment.
